The school in Tanji was built in 2003 with toilets and a water-tap. It has been named ‘Haqqani School’ and has been set up under the spiritual umbrella of the great Tijani Cheik Ebrima Nyass and the great Naqshbandi Sheikh Nazim. It has 3 classes with 40 pupils in each. Tanji also has an English teacher and the pupils have a vegetable garden. We pay the salary of the teachers, provide uniforms, tables, benches, books and stationery for the pupils.
